Fees & Registration Information
General Registration & Payment Details:
Registration for the workshops will be accepted in the order they are received. Workshop fees include instruction only. Arrangements for lodging and the purchase of art supplies must be made by each student. A deposit payment of $150.00 plus $7.50 GST is required to reserve your space in each course. The balance of payment, including 5% GST, in Canadian or U.S. funds, is due four weeks prior to the commencement of each class.
Please remember that if you have not paid your deposit, you are not registered.

To Pay by Cheque or Credit Card via Quickbooks Invoice:

To Pay by PayPal:
To use your credit card through PayPal, choose the PayPal option on the Instructors Page of our website, then choose the "Add to Cart". Choose the "Check Out - Pay without a PayPal Account" and you can use the credit card of your choice.

Cancellation Policy:
- If you must cancel your registration within the 30 days preceeding the workshop, there will be NO REFUND of workshop fees, unless your cancelled space is filled by another paying student. A processing fee of $30.00 will be withheld as well as any service charges incurred through the use of credit card or PayPal transactions. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If you are transferring from one workshop to another a $30 processing fee is applied.
- Leading Edge Art Workshops is not responsible for airfare, travel and hotel costs for students if the instructor cancels the workshop at the last minute. Please check with the office before booking any flights, accommodations and other travel arrangements.
