A figurative painter, Teri is captivated by a person's gesture and expression. Teri is also influenced by her environment, living in the Rocky Mountains in a rural community surrounded by forests and wildlife and lately, she has been painting wildlife. She works mainly in oils and pastels, using color to express a sense of emotion. She also paints in watercolor and acrylic, and her first love is oil.
